| At Playtime Doggy Daycare we go the extra
mile, because we service clients who are willing to go the extra
mile for their loved ones. We bring a fun-filled, healthy approach
to bringing excitement and joy to your beloved pups and enriching
their lives. Doggy daycare isn't for everyone, but if you see
your pet as a genuine part of your family, then Playtime Doggy
Daycare is the ideal place for your pooch! Doggy daycare does
many things for your dog that translate to a more enjoyable
lifestyle not only for your dog, but for you and your family
as well. |

| What is your application process? |
|
Online form, fax. All dogs
must pass Playtime Doggy Daycare Behavior Assessment. |

| What are your vaccination requirements? |
|
DHLPP, Bordatella, Distemper, Hepatitis,
Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, & Rabies.
All dogs must also be spayed or neutered (over 6 months
of age). |

| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?
If so, for what reasons? |

Yes, for behavioral (aggressive, food/toy
protective) and health reasons. |

| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |

Yes. |

| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
|
Both, depending on weather. Our indoor/outdoor
kennels are some of the largest, most comfortable kennels
in the state. The kennel area is heat controlled, and you
may bring personal items to leave with your pet for comfort
and toys to play with. |

| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
|
For daycare, our staff of professionals will
exercise them as much as they desire, and provide love and
attention, and your dogs will come home at the end of the
day blissfully happy & tuckered out. For boarding, your
dogs receive 2-3 play sessions daily, including weekends. |

own toys and other personal belonging? |

Yes, for kenneling, food for daycare when
desired. You may bring personal items to leave with your

Yes. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
Any cancellations not made by 7:15 pm one
business day prior to the scheduled daycare day will be
charged full fees and invoiced to the parent. Continuous
cancellations may cause us to turn away customers. |

on call? |
