Overview
Harmony Pet Care is a loving home away from home when you're away for the day in our interactive day care or for longer overnight stays. Special Kitty Condos on the lower level provide a safe retreat from the canine world. Upstairs, our Doggy Resort offers standard, deluxe and luxury runs, plus a huge backyard for play. We also take small cage pets. Whether you're gone for a night or a week, we do it all: meals, medication, recreation, bathing, grooming and quality time with caring staff. Single and double occupancy accommodations are so luxurious, a favorite toy or blanket is all your pet will need to bring!

General Information
What are your hours?   Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 6:30 pm for daycare
Do you provide pick up and drop off service?   A shuttle service may be available in your area at only a nominal additional charge.
     

Dog Daycare/Boarding Information
What is your application process?  

All dogs must undergo an initial behavior assessment and meet day care criteria for enrollment.
What are your vaccination requirements?   We require the Dhlpp, Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations.
Have you ever turned down any dogs before? If so, for what reasons?   Dogs who do not pass the behavior assessment, show signs of aggession, resource guarding or are unsocial are not accepted. Dogs who are over 6 months of age who are not spayed or neutered are also not accepted.
Do you have separate areas for large dogs and small dogs?   Yes.
Is your facility indoor or outdoor?   We have indoor and outdoor play areas to accomodate play in any type of weather.
How many times per day do you walk the dogs? Can we purchase additional walks or play time?   Walks are not provided, as dogs exercise throughout the day by playing with each other.
Do you provide dog treats?  How many times do you feed the dogs?   Treats are provided at nap time to any dogs without special dietary needs or restrictions. Dogs who need to be fed a meal are fed according to the parent's instructions.
How often do you provide water?   Water is available at all times.
Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our own toys and other personal belonging?   We provide safe dog toys in the playgroups. Overnighters can pack a maximum of 2 safe toys and laundry friendly bedding that will be provided to them when they are in their own separate quarters.
Do you have a nap time? Nap time is from Noon to 2:00 pm and includes aromatherapy and classical music.
What is your cancellation policy?   Day care cancellations must be made one business day prior to the scheduled day by 6:30 pm to avoid full day care charges. Overnighters forfeit thier deposit once payment has been received.
Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet on call? On site veterinary hospital.
What do you do in case of emergency?   Parents are notified in the event of an emergency and their wishes are carried out. If the parent is not reachable, medical services will be carried out according to the parents pre-arranged plans.

Dog Daycare & Dog Boarding Fees
Day care:
1 dog: $20 per day
2 dogs from the same family: $37 per day
Behavior assessment: $20
10 visit punchcard (1 dog): $190
10 visit punchcard (2 dogs from the same family): $370
Late fee: $1 per minute
Barkley Park Member VIP Package (includes $20 of Barkley Bucks (good towards retail only), 1 free bath for the month, pet will be scheduled every day (M-F) from the start of the month to the end): $378 per month
 
Boarding:
Luxury Suite: $27.50 for 1 dog, $48.15 for double occupancy
Deluxe Runs: $22.50 for 1 dog, $39.40 for double occupancy
Standard Runs: $18.50 for 1 dog, $32.40 for double occupancy
