will schedule an in-home consultation. |

The home visit is done by management. If
desired, we can make arrangements to meet the dog walker. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |

We may walk another dog if they live in close
proximity and are compatible in temperament. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
30 minutes. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |

All walks are done in the hours of 10 am
to 4 pm. We currently do not offer off-hours walks. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |

Flexible. Please give advance notice if possible. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
We guarantee that a staff member or manager
can walk your dog if your regular walker is not available
due to illness, vacation, etc. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
We will contact you or your emergency contact.
We have relationships with local vets. If you cannot be
contacted, we will bring your dog to a vet for appropriate
medical attention as explained in the signed dog walking
agreement. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |

We have relationships with several local
vets. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |
|
We have never had incidents of property
damage or stolen property. We are bonded and insured if
the event arose. |

| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
