vaccinations and day camp dogs must pass our temperament

Yes: no up-to-date vaccination and aggressive
to humans or dogs. |

and small dogs? |

Yes, three indoor/outdoor Day Camp areas
and six suites sizes for boarding (we do not use cages/kennels). |

| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |

Both are available. |

| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
|
Depending on suite, 3-4 walks guaranteed,
some with playtimes included and additional playtimes can
be purchased. |

| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |

Dogs are fed as per owners instructions.
Owners can provide their own food (including raw diets and
cooking required) or we will provide Breeders Choice Avo-Derm
Lamb & Rice (our “house food”). |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
All suites have automatic, constantly running
cold water fountains designed for dogs. |
 |
| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |
|
Toys and play equipment are provided in day
camp; items may be purchased in the store; owners may bring
own, which we will launder prior to departure. |
 |
| Do you require a nap time for the dogs? |
|
Day Camp provides mid day rest periods. Overnight
the buildings music is soothing and lights are dimmed for
the animals comfort. |
 |
| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
All boarding reservations require a one nights
deposit with 5 days prior to arrival to cancel without penalty.
Holidays require a two nights deposit with 10 days prior
to arrival to cancel. Day Services do not require a deposit
but require 24 hours notice to cancel a scheduled appointment
(Grooming, Bathing, Day Camp, Pool, Day Boarding or Massage). |

on call? |

Regional Veterinary Referral Center is available
for all emergencies. |
 |
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
The Owner is contacted for instructions.
We will transport to personal vet if requested. In cases
of immediate care needs, the animal is transported to The
Regional Veterinary Referral Center as the Owner is contacted. |
