What East Coast Pet Care Customers Are Saying |
| "My East Coast Pet Care dog walker is the best my dog
has ever had. She is consistently on time, loving and friendly
towards my dog, and understanding of my dog's particular needs.
When my dog was under the weather, she called to give me an instant
report of their visit and always has my dog's health and well
being in mind. She gives my dog lots of snuggles before and after
their walks, and my neighbors report that she treats my dog extremely
well." |

Pet owners will always have the opportunity
to meet their walker or sitter before having any services
rendered. |
 |
| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
We offer individual and group sessions, owners
will choose which program they prefer their dog to be involved
in. |
 |
| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
We offer different lengths of times for the
sessions: 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes,
60 minutes and overnights. Each session involves about 95%
walking and playing with the dogs, and 5% filling water
bowls, giving treats and writing in the logs we keep to
communicate with our clients. |

walk/sit time? |

Yes, this is part of the personalized service
we will create for you at the time of sign-up. |
 |
| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |
|
We operate 24/7 but do charge slightly extra
if you are needing a dog visit after 11 pm and before 5
am. Otherwise, the same rates apply around the clock. This
does not apply to house-sitting where one flat rate is charged
for a 24 hour period. |

24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours

We keep every phone number the client has
to keep in touch with them (cell, work, office) and we require
2 separate emergency contacts. All of these numbers will
be dialed in the case of an emergency. |
 |

|
We do not have a vet on call but are fully
aware of the 24/7 vet hospitals that are available to us
