Overview |
| Critter Care Pet Sitting provides mid-day
dog walks and vacation service visits up to three times per
day. We also provide backyard breaks, exercising, feeding, petting,
litter box/cage cleaning, medication administration, and other
services. By leaving your pet at home rather than kenneling
them, they are left in an environment that is familiar, comfortable
and stress-free. Therefore, allowing you to have a worry free
trip, long day at the office, or a day out.

| What is your application process? |

We come to your home ahead of
time and get the paperwork filled and get the keys. |

| Will I meet the pet sitter/walker? |
|
Yes, during the initial consultation. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
Only the dogs in your home. |
|
| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
20-30 minutes for mid-days and 30 minutes
minimum for vacation visits. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?

We work between the hours of 7 am and 9 pm. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |

If we have already conducted the initial
consultation, we charge a $20 cancellation fee. If you are
an existing client, we don't charge a fee. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
We always have a back up. We are a family-owned
business and we will get the dogs cared for!! |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
We contact you and take the animal to the
vet if required. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
No, we use your pet's vet. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |

No, and we've been doing this for 14 years! |

| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |

Yes, we will pick up the mail/newspaper,
water the plants, alternate lights/curtains, and run the
trash to the curb. |
