Rabies, Distemper (DHLPP), and Bordetella.
All vaccinations must be current with a copy on file. Bordetella
is required every 6 months. |

Up to now we have not turned any dogs away.
We have isolated a few dogs to work on behavioral issues. |

| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |

We have various sizes of enclosures, and
a specific "quiet dog" area for small or geriatric
guests. |

| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
|
Our facility is indoors and climate controlled.
We do have 20 suites that have "doggy doors" for
those choosing to go in and out at their leisure. |

| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
|
Dogs are taken out early in the morning and
in the evening for a quick potty break. They go out an additional
time late morning and early afternoon for walk/play yard
time depending on the guests desire anywhere from 15-20
minutes. There are no additional fees for this. |

| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |

We provide all natural dog food & treats
for our guests. Currently we feed twice per day unless owners
have other specific instructions. There is no additional
charge should you choose to bring their own food. |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
Fresh water is provided at all times including
while in the play yards. |

| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |

We have a variety of dog toys available.
Guest are welcome to bring in toys or their own or purchase
a special item in our emporium. Every pet is provided at
no additional charge a Pet Cot or fresh linens to sleep
on. |

| Do you have a nap time? |
|
Not, specified. Pets have an oppurtunity
to nap in between their playtimes. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
No cancellation policy in place at this time. |

| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
Our location is surrounded by numerous vets
with in a 5 mile radius. We have 2 specific Vets that we
have access for emergency situations as well as the animal
emergency clinic. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
Depending on the severity, we call the vet
first or would call while in route. First vet to contact
would be the guests vet, if unavailable or after hours,
we would call one of the on call vets or go to the emergency
clinic. |
