Overview |
Petscapades is a small, cottage-style, pet
care facility located in the heavily wooded Hill Country near
Brushy Creek, in beautiful Round Rock, Texas. We provide doggy
day and night camp for pups, large and small. Petscapades offers
a playful, one-on-one boarding environment for your pup while
you enjoy a much-deserved short or extended vacation get-away!

Pick up and drop off hours during
the week:
7:00 am - 9:00 am and 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Saturdays and Sundays, including Holidays:
7:00 am - 7:00 pm
Facility viewing is by appointment. |

Dog Daycare/Boarding Information |

| What is your application process? |
|
Meet or talk with client to discuss
pet's suitability for daycare and/or boarding at our resort.
Fill out our standard boarding or daycare agreement and
veterinary release form. |

| What are your vaccination requirements? |
|
For dogs: Rabies and Parvo vaccines must
be up to date.
For cats: Rabies and Feline Leukemia vaccines must be up
to date. |

| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?
If so, for what reasons? |
|
We do not accept the so-called "bully
breeds" (Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Doberman) unless we
have met the pup and have assurances from the owner that
they are non-agressive. We prefer not to accept dogs or
cats that have severe separation anxiety. |

| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |

| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
|
Indoors at night or whenever they prefer
(especially during hot summer days). |

| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
|
Fitness walks are offered as an additional
paid service. Our normal resort boarding services include
multiple play-group play throughout the day. |

| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |

Our dogs are fed and provided treats based
on the reccomendation of their owners, and what they are
accustomed to at home. |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
Our dogs have 24 hour access to fresh clean
water. |
|
| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |
|
We provide everything that the owner does
not in order for our pups to be happy and comfortable. |

| Do you have a nap time for the dogs? |
|
Not required but usually works out that our
pups will go down for a nap once or twice during the afternoon. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
Minimum 24-hour advance notice of cancellation,
except during major holidays, then 1 week advance notice
of cancellation. |

| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
The nearest veterinarian hospital is less
than 1/2 mile away, and the nearest emergency animal hospital
is less than 5 miles away. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
Notify owner immediately while on route to
emergency animal hospital. |

discounts for long-term boarding (2 weeks or more) and also for
weekly daycare. |
