| 620 Pet Resort offers luxury lodging for
all your pet’s boarding needs. Our pets are valuable members
of our families. So, pamper them with our climate-controlled
suites, one-one-one interactive playtime, and doggy ice cream.

Not usually, but we can make
exceptions for special circumstances for an additional cost. |

| What is your application process? |
|
We do not have an application
process. |
|
| What are your vaccination requirements? |
|
Rabies, Distemper (DHLPP), and Bordetella.
Current records must be provided at time of drop-off. |

| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?
If so, for what reasons? |
|
Rarely, and only for extremely ill-tempered
pets. |
|
| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |
|
Yes. We have two fenced yards. If the owners
agree to group playtime, then we check to make sure the
dog is "dog friendly" and let them play with other
dogs their size. The small dogs are in one yard, while the
large dogs get the larger yard. |

| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
|
All of the suites and runs are inside and
climate controlled. |
|
| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
|
The dogs go out into a fenced yard 4-5 times
a day for 15-20 minutes each time.
There is no additional charge for additional walks. For
an additional cost, we also offer "Interactive Playtime"
which is a 20-minute, one-on-one session between the pet
and a resort employee. |

| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |
|
We have house treats, but we won't give them
to pets without the owner’s permission to accommodate
special diets. We have house food to feed pets, or for an
additional cost we can feed food provided by owners. We
feed as many times a day as the owner requests. |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
Water bowls are continuously filled and always
left in the kennel with the dog, as well as outside in each
yard. |
|
| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |
|
We provide bedding. Owners are allowed to
bring in their own bedding and toys as long as they realize
the items may get lost or destroyed. |
|
| Do you have a nap time? |
|
We walk the dogs from 7 a.m. -10 a.m., feed
the dogs breakfast, then quiet time from 10 a.m. - noon.
After quiet time, we walk the dogs from noon to 3 p.m.,
then feed them dinner. We walk the dogs again from 4p.m.
- close. There is no designated nap time for the entire
facility. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
Clients can cancel at any time prior to the
day of dropoff. |
|
| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
The nearest vet is next door to us. We utilize
the vet-on-call at the clinic next door. |
|
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
First, we make every effort to contact the
owner to get approval for treatment. Then, we take the pet
to the hospital next door during operating hours. If the
hospital is closed, we contact the vet-on-call, We will
not transport the pet to another vet. |
