Previous aggressive (biting) episodes dog
does not pass temperament test. Dog is not spayed/neutered
at appropriate age. |

| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |
|
We have three large play rooms and separate
dogs by age, size, breed and temperament. |

| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
|
Our playrooms are indoors, however we have
two outdoor yards with trees and wading pools. The dogs
are taken outside to play regularly. Each playroom has a
separate door to the yard. |

| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
|
We do not walk dogs on lead due to our open
play environment and all dogs are taken outside into our
play yards constantly. |

| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |
|
We provide Old Mother Hubbard Peanut Butter
biscuts, milk bones, etc. The dogs are treated for good
behavior-usually twice a day. We do not feed a lunch meal
unless requested to do so. Our boarding dogs are fed in
the AM and PM. |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
Water is provided continuously. Bowls are
cleaned and filled every few hours. |

| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |
|
Dog toys are provided. Personal toys and
bedding and other personal items can only be kept for boarding
dogs staying in our suites. |

| Do you have a nap time? |
|
We do not have a mandatory nap time, but
during our story time in the early afternoon, we turn out
the lights and let the dogs relax. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for
daycare and grooming and a 2 week cancellation policy for
boarding. |

| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
The nearest vet is across the street, in
addition we have a mobile vet on call and have an emergency
vet clinic within 2 miles. |
 |
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
We are double staffed so that in the event
of a dog injury, one employee is immediately able to take
the injured dog to the vet. We have a monitored alarm system
and a leash and collar for every dog in the facility so
that they can quickly be removed from the building into
the yard. We have five emergency exit doors. |
