initial day of daycare as a temperament evaluation. |

Yes, aggressive, not spayed/neutered, not
a good daycare candidate. |

| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |
|
We have multiple play areas and separate
dogs by size, temperament, and play style. |

| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
|
We have both indoor and outdoor playrooms,
with more than 5,000 square feet of outdoor play areas.
When temperatures allow, roll-up doors are open and the
dogs are allowed to choose to spend time either inside or
outside. All dogs are taken outside at least once per hour.
All boarding rooms are indoors, but boarding dogs spend
their day indoors & out during their time in daycare. |

| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
|
Since all dogs are in group play, there is
no need to walk them individually. Additionally, there is
no need to spend more money on additional walks or playtime.
All day play is included in our daily fees. |

| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |
|
On occasion we provide high quality treats
and Kongs to dogs when they are in their individual rooms.
We feed our boarding guests according to their normal feeding
schedule, up to three times daily. Daycare dogs are welcome
to bring lunch, which they will eat in their own room during
naptime. |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
Fresh water is available at all times to
all dogs. |

| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |
|
You are welcome to bring toys, but they will
be kept only with your dog when he/she is in their own room.
We wouldn’t want someone to accidentally mistake your
dogs ball for theirs. |

| Do you require a nap time for the dogs? |
|
Yes, we have an afternoon naptime for all
guests. |
 |
| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
We request that you call 24 prior to a reservation
to cancel. During peak boarding times, we may require a
non-refundable deposit to book a reservation. |
 |
| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
We have many veterinarians within a 3 mile
radius. If appropriate, based on the nature of the visit
to the vet, we prefer to take the dog to his/her regular
veterinarian. If that is not feasible, we prefer to visit
McKinney Animal Hospital. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
The parents will be notified immediately
and if need be the animal will be taken to the vet. |
