| What is your application process? |

All application paperwork must
be completed before the dog(s) attend daycare. There is
a $25.00 evaluation fee for all new applicants. Dogs must
pass a tolerance test before being accepted into the daycare
facility. |

| What are your vaccination requirements? |
|
Vaccinations must be current and on file
at the daycare during attendance. |

| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?
If so, for what reasons? |

Yes, due to inability to get along with other
dogs. |

| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |
|
Yes, we have a small dog room and a large
dog room. We also have two separate outside areas for small
and larger dogs. |

| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
|
Both; dogs will go out for potty and outside
playtime and will have inside playtime also. Weather will
determine the amount of outside playtime during the hot
summer months or during time of rain. |

| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
|
We do not provide walks for the dogs attending
daycare. There is no need to purchase extra playtime for
daycare and boarding dogs since all the time is playtime. |

| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |

We walk the dogs every hour to hour and a
half for bathroom breaks. |
 |
| How often do you provide water? |
|
Water is provided during bathroom breaks. |
 |
| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |
|
Yes, we do provide toys for the dogs to play
with. Please do not bring toys from home. |

| Do you have a nap time? |
|
Yes, there is a mid-day nap time. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
Cancellations must be provided 24 hours in
advance. |

| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
There are 3 vet offices within a 1 mile range
from the daycare facility. |
 |
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
We have a prepared emergency disaster plan
and vet available for any medical emergencies. |
