All vaccinations must be current and on file
to include bordatella within the last 6 months. |

| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?
If so, for what reasons? |

Yes. Dogs with serious health or temperament
problems are screened very carefully. Dogs with difficult
or unreasonable owners are also screened very carefully. |

| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |

We have four separate training areas that
include two pools. |

| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |

Both. |

| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |

Dogs are worked with one on one throughout
the day. There are three social times scheduled each day.

| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |

All training aides are provided by the kennel.
The dogs are fed twice daily. Our house food is Bil-Jac
fresh frozen. |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
Dogs have access to water at all times. |

| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |

The kennel supplies all training aides. |
 |
| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
Not an issue except on major hollidays. Full
returns are issued or applied to future service. |

| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |

We use the Animal Clinic of Farmers Branch
which is 5 miles north of us. |
 |
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
We use the North Dallas Emergency Animal
Clinic which is about 10 miles north of us. |
