| What is your application process? |
Our trainers will work with you
to determine the best training plan for you and your dog. |
| What are your vaccination requirements? |
Dogs must be current on all shots, including
Bordetella. They must also be flea free. |
| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?
If so, for what reasons? |
No. Because we are not a traditional playgroup-style
daycare, we are able to take in dogs who would be turned
away from other daycares. |
| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |
Not applicable. We do not have playgroups. |
| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
Dogs spend their naptimes resting indoors
in our homey, air-conditioned kennel. |
| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
Dogs receive at least six sessions per day.
Sessions may consist of playtime, walkies, swimming, hiking,
training or good people time. Owners do not have to pay
extra for extra attention - just ask! |
| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |
We provide a wide variety of training treats.
We don't usually feed meals, but owners are welcome to bring
a lunch for their dogs. |
| How often do you provide water? |
Constantly. |
| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |
We provide our own toys. Owners may bring
their dogs' favorite toys if they wish. |
| Do you have a nap time? |
Yes. |
| What is your cancellation policy? |
We don't have a formal cancellation policy
for daycares. We do appreciate a phone call or an email
to let us know that your dog won\'t be coming in that day. |
| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
The nearest vet is less than 1/2 mile away. |
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
In case of emergency, we will immediately
transport your dog to the vet and notify you. We will, if
needed, administer first aid to your dog to stabilize him
for transfer. |
