| What are your vaccination requirements? |

Bordetella, Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, and
Hepatitis. |

| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?
If so, for what reasons? |
|
Yes. We do a behavioral screening. Dogs with
special behavioral needs may be accepted into the program
on a limited basis. These options will be discussed with
one of our dog trainers. |

| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |
|
Our dogs are separated into play groups based
on a number of factors, including age, temperament, play
style and socialization needs. |

| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
|
We are a primarily indoor dog daycare center
in Central Austin. We have indoor, air conditioned play
areas and an outdoor potty area. |
 |
| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
|
Dogs are walked as needed, depending on age,
etc. |

| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |
|
Yes - we often reinforce good behaviors in
the dogs with food, toys, petting, etc. We're professional
dog trainers - we just can't help ourselves! |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
Dogs have hanging water bottles available
all day. |

| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |
|
No. The dogs at our Austin dog daycare generally
play with each other - we only have toys out on occasion.
Personal toys and beds may not be brought. |

| Do you require a nap time for the dogs? |
|
Yes - all dogs have nap times during the
day. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
24 hours. |

| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
Yes - we have relationships with veterinarians
within 3 blocks of our Austin Dog Daycare Center. There
is also an emergency veterinarian within a few blocks. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
Provide immediate care to the dog and then
transport them to the veterinarian. Owners are contacted
upon arrival at the vet. |
