| What is your application process? |

All dogs must schedule an initial
visit unless they are from out of state or have prior approval. |

| What are your vaccination requirements? |
|
All dogs must be current on their Rabies,
Parvo, and distemper. We do not require a Bordetella shot
because of the nature of our facility. |

| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?
If so, for what reasons? |
|
Yes, for complete mania and aggression. We
focus on training and stress-free boarding. Aggression doesn't
work here. Also, all male dogs must be neutered. All dogs
must be house-trained except for puppies. We have a puppy
program. |

| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |
|
No. All large dogs must have small dog manners
which is usually the case. The small dogs do a lot of lap
sitting, furniture sitting (unless they are not permitted
by owner) and we have a large art studio that the small
dogs love to go into...they love the sound of the potters
wheel. The big dogs love it outdoors to play and romp with
the other big dogs. We only board 12 dogs at a time, so
it is a good mix. |

| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
|
The dogs are kept indoors and outdoors, whatever
they feel like doing, it is up to them. Unless it is too
hot or cold out, then they must be inside and let out to
go to the bathrooom. |

| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
|
Our rates are all inclusive...they get as
much exercise as they want. |
|
| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |
|
We make homemade organic treats for the dogs.
We stay according to their specific diets and all owners
must bring their dogs food. We feed the dogs according to
their habits at home. |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
Filtered water is provided all day and night. |
|
| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |
|
Owners can bring any toys they want and other
personal belongings. Rawhides or meat product toys are only
permitted in private because they cause aggression and possessiveness. |

| Do you have a nap time for the dogs? |
|
Dogs can nap when they want to and as often
as they want. |
|
| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
We don't have one, but we appreciate 24 hours.
|

| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
The nearest vet is 8 miles away for emergencies.
For non-emergencies we have a vet 30 minutes away. |
|
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
Depending on the incident, we take care of
the dogs first, then call the owner. |
