| What is your application process? |
|
Clients fill out a four page
pet profile. Sign an owners agreement that they agree to
let their dogs play with other dogs and to let us take care
of them and seek treatment if we deem necessary. The dogs
must come in for an interview and test with a greeter dog
before being allowed to stay. |

| What are your vaccination requirements? |
|
Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella and monthly flea
and tick treatment (flea collars not accepted). |

Dogs are outside in 12,000 sq feet play area
with lots of trees, shade, pools and also an outside covered
area. We actively play with dogs to get them to run and
play. They are always with human surpervision. |

times do you feed the dogs? |

Yes at least twice a day. Other times at
owners request. |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
We have a continous supply of water in all
play areas. We also have water in all areas inside. We provide
filtered as dogs enter and leave the facility. |

| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |

We provide toys and owners can bring their
dog's toy but he will have access to his own toy and food
when he is alone in a pet suite. |

| Do you have a nap time? |
|
Yes from 11:30 am till 1:00 pm. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
24 hours. |

| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
Less than 5 minutes away and yes, we do have
two vets on call. We are also located one block from the
emergency pet clinic. |
 |
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
Our primary concern is the dog's safety and
health. If we have time, we call the owner before treating
the dog. If not, the dog is treated and then the owner is
called. |
