Online application available.
You can fax or drop it off in person. We like to provide
a tour to new clients and set up tryout days once we have
all applicable shot records. |

| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?
If so, for what reasons? |
|
Although it doesn't happen much, we have
turned dogs down. It is usually aggression related behavior. |

| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |
|
We have three large indoor areas and three
outdoor areas. Dogs are separated by size and temperament. |

| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
|
We have both indoor and outdoor areas. Depending
on the current weather and dogs coat will determine which
space we will use. |

| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |

The dogs are out playing all day long except
for naptime. |

| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |
|
We will give dogs treats but like to make
sure the parents approve! We will also feed your dog breakfast,
lunch or dinner if you would like. |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
Water is available throughout the entire
day. |

| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |

We will have toys available but most times
they just play with each other! |

| Do you require a nap time for the dogs? |
|
Yes, from 1 pm - 3 pm. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
We ask that cancellations are made the evening
before. |

| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
West Shore Animal clinic is just a few blocks
away and we use them as our on-call vet. |
 |
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
Use the on-call vet but we haven't had any
issues to date. |
