It depends on the owner's preference. Again,
all services are customizable. |

I offer many different options so that your
dog's needs can be met. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

Yes. All of my services can be upgraded to
include more time or more services. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?

I am a 24 hour service. All services are
offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
Cancellation is required within 24 hours
of the scheduled appointment time. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |

I have other pet sitters/dog daycares in
the area that I recommend in the event that I may not be
available. All are well equipped to handle any pet situations
that may need to be handled. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |

I require that an emergency form be signed
by each client, so that in the event of an emergency, I
may use Ocean State Veterinary Specialists in East Greenwich
to handle the situation. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |

Never. I pride myself on having the best
quality of sevice in the industry. I am always extremely
vigilant when I am in my client's homes. |

plants and bringing in mail? |

Again, all services are customized to the
client's needs, so such services can be added on to any
service. |
