| What is your application process? |

Screened by dispatcher and pet
sitter. Must have all vet records up to date. Contracts
in place. |

| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |
|
Free initial consultation/meet and greet
with pet sitter. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
30 minutes is the usual visit. Will do longer
if client needs it. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

Yes. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
24 hour notice. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
I find a secondary pet sitter and notify
the client. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
Call the client and who ever else needs to
be contacted. Then take the appropriate course of action
depending on the situation. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
Only the one that the client gives us. Then
there are emergency Veterinarians in the area that are 24
hour service.. |

clients, such as property damage? |

Home visits start at 20.00 per 30 minute visit with a frequency
discount for 7 plus days
Daily walks start at 20.00 per 30 minute walk for 2x’s per
week and 18.00 for 3+ times a week |
