| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
A minimum of 45 minutes, unless you request
additional time for a puppy or for a pet who requires additional
care and/or TLC. |

walk/sit time? |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |

Yes. All requests are handled on a case by
case basis based on clients' needs, travel schedule and
the amount of care the pet(s) need. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
A $10 cancellation fee applies unless we
receive 24 hours notice of the cancellation. If a client
cancels and we do not receive 24 hours notice, we are happy
to apply this fee to client's account as long as client
reschedules at the time of cancellation. A $25 cancellation
fee applies in the event we do not receive 48 hours notice
on holidays. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |

One will be provided for regular clients. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
Our clients are required to leave all emergency
telephone numbers and emergencies are handled accordingly. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
No, we ask all of our pet owners to inform
us of their vet in the event of an emergency. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |

| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |

Daily Dog Walks: $15.00 per visit (3+ or more walks per week) |

Occasional Dog Walks: $17.00 per visit |

Two Visits per Day: $25.00/day |

Three Visits per Day: $36.00/day |

Overnight Care (exclusive of day visits): $75.00/evening |
|
Cat Care (1 visit per day): $15.00 per visit |
|
Cat Care (2+ visits per day): $14.00 per visit |

Additional Pets: $5.00 surcharge for each additional pet |

Holidays: $10.00 surcharge for each visit & overnight stay.
