| At Executive Pet Care, your pets are our
pride & joy. We are committed to providing the highest level
of pet care service to you and your "best friend."
We believe in nurturing pets in their home environment and helping
them follow a consistent and reliable schedule. It is important
to the health of your pets to maintain a consistent exercise
regimen whether it is through walking, hiking or playing.

We only do dog walking and in
home pet sitting but no overnight hours. |

Free consultation meeting, paperwork
including contract, customer information form, key release
form, and Veterinary Permission Card. |

| What are your vaccination requirements? |
|
All pets must be up to date on all shots. |

| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |

If certain dogs do not get along, no matter
the size, we will not walk them together. |

| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |

Yes, we feed the dogs if we are walking or
sitting them at the time of their meal. |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
Water is brought with us at all times when
walking the dogs. |

| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |

Yes, we have lots of toys. It's not recommended
to bring your own toy unless you don't need it back. Other
dogs will like to chew on it, too. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
1 day in advance |

| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
We require an emergency contact person. We
also require each client to fill out a Veterinary Permission
Card which gives us permission to bring their pet to the
vet should they become ill. |
