Feldsher, a certified veterinary technician since 1985 and a
graduate of Harcum Jr. College in Bryn Mawr, PA. We offer dog
sitting, dog walking and puppy training services. |

| What is your application process? |
|
We take a written application
and then we complete an on site visit to ensure that we
can bond with the dog and provide the best service. |

| Will I meet the pet sitter/walker? |
|
Yes. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
Up to 4 dogs. |
|
| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
30 minutes per visit. |
|
| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

Yes. |
|
| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |
|
Yes, you can request off hours services.
This will be priced on a case by case basis. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
Cancel with more than 24 hours notice with
no penalty. A cancellation within 24 hours warrants a payment
of that service that was to be rendered. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
There is no fee for cancellation if notice
is received within 48 hours. |
|
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
We take whatever actions are required to
ensure the health of your pet. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
Yes. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |

No. |

| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |

Yes, with every pet sitting visit we water
plants, bring in the mail/newspaper and rotate lights. |

Holidays (New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Labor
