| What is your application process? |

The owner and dog(s) come for
a visit and then we decide if the dog(s) will fit with my
setting and vice versa. If it works the owner decides if
they want to use our boarding service. |

| What are your vaccination requirements? |
|
All dogs must be UTD on all vaccinations
as well as Bordetella. Also, be on flea and heartworm preventatives. |

| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?
If so, for what reasons? |
|
Yes - too big a dog for my facilities. |

| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |
|
No, but, they can be separated for playtime
and feeding. |

| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
|
Indoors only with outside privileges. |

| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
|
2 times at owner's request. |

| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |
|
Yes. I feed the dog(s) as the owner wishes;
but, generally, it is twice a day with feed provided by
the owner. |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
Fresh, clean water is provided all day long. |
|
| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |
|
Generally I prefer the owner to provide toys
for their dog. I do, however, have toys for dogs to play
with. Yes. I do ask that you bring bedding your dog is use
to. |

| Do you require a nap time for the dogs? |
|
Not required, but, we do have nap time and
quiet times. |
|
| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
No cancellation policy is in effect at this
time. |
|
| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
Approximately ten miles away. Have phone
numbers to the vets that the owner uses and that I use.
|
|
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
Contact the vet when and if necessary. Take
care of what I am able to do. Also, contact owner or emergency
number provided by owner. |
