| What is your application process? |
Pet sitting clients need to schedule
an in-home interview before being accepted as a client.
We require clients to bring their pet in to our facility
for a temperament test before coming to doggy day camp. |
| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |
Clients meet the owner of the company, who
evaluates the pets to be cared for. We have a large staff,
so it is impractical to bring all of them to meet clients. |
| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
One family at a time. |
| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
We do not charge by time, but by tasks performed. |
| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |
We have a rate for a double visit. |
| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |
We start at 7:00 am, and begin our evening
rounds at 8:00 pm. |
| What is your cancellation policy? |
Current clients must cancel midday walks
by 7:00 am the day of the visit. Pet sitting visits must
be cancelled 4 hours prior to our visits. |
| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
We have a staff of six, and there are always
at least two sitters who know your pets. |
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
Handle it! |
| Do you have a vet on call? |
We use the Tyler Road emergency clinic if
the client's vet is not available (after hours). |
| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |
No. |
| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
We will bring in mail and newspapers and
will water a few plants. |
