Overview |
Happy Tails To You is a fully-insured dog walking and pet
sitting service for Heritage Hills, Town of Somers and Purdys.
We are certified in animal CPR and First Aid. We feed, water,
exercise and provide playtime and loving attention to your
dog while you are away. We are there for your pets -- we are
loving and caring, and we treat your dog as if it was our
own pet!

| What is your application process? |
|
We will initially meet with you
and your pet to determine what service is the best for you.
At that time, we will ask you to fill out paper work and
give us a deposit to hold your reservation. |

| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |
|
Absolutely. |

| What are your hours? |
|
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm |
|
| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
One dog. |
|
| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
30 to 60 minutes. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |
|
Yes. There is a surcharge of $5.00 on weekends
and $10.00 on Holidays. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
We have a strict policy of "No Overbooking."
For regular weekday services, we ask for an advance notice
of 24 hours. For Holidays, we ask for advance notice of
72 hours. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
We have back-up walkers who have gone through
our training program and help us out in emergency situations
when we are booked "solid." Our clients will always
meet a "back-up" Walker/Sitter. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
Our policy is to have our client's work number,
cell number and who to contact in case of an emergency.
We also have made arrangements with Somers Animal Hospital
in event of an emergency where we cannot reach a client
and their dog needs immediate medical attention. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
We ask every client to sign a "Vet Release,"
so that we have each client's vet information and can contact
them in an emergency. We have made arrangements with Somers
Animal Hospital in event of an emergency where we cannot
reach a client and their dog needs immediate medical attention. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |
|
We are fully insured for any type of property
damage. To date, we have not had any incidents. |
|
| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
|
Our pet sitting includes a house check. We
will bring in the mail mail/packages/newspaper/fliers, etc.
We will check the house and take care of your indoor plants. |
