Overview |
| Bonded & Insured, For All 4 Paws provides
unique, in-home care tailored specifically for the needs of
your pet. Services include dog walking, pet sitting, house-call
dog grooming, and pet taxi services. I am also available for
overnights and long-stays. I provide morning, evening, and mid-day
walks, jogs, feedings, & trips to the park. Services for
cats include feedings, fresh water, litter-box cleaning, and
cuddles. |

| What is your application process? |
|
You and I will schedule a time
where I will come to your home to meet with you and your
pet. During our initial meeting, I will ask a series of
questions regarding your pet such as vet info, type of food,
walking schedule, allergies, etc. At this time, I will ask
you to fill out a brief information form regarding the specific
needs of your pet. During the application process, I will
collect your house key and answer any other questions that
you may have. Your pet's safety and comfort is my top priority.
It is important that you provide me with all necessary information. |

| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |
|
Yes. We will have a brief, in-home consultation.
At this time, I will meet your pet and discuss my services
with you. I am also available by phone at any time to answer
all questions and discuss any concerns you may have. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
I will only walk dogs together if they are
from one family. If you have 2 small dogs, I will walk them
together. If your dogs are larger, they will be walked separately.
This is done for safety reasons. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
I offer many different time periods. All
walks and sitting times begin at a half hour interval. Many
other times are available. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |

Absolutely. There is no additional fee. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
In case you need to cancel, you must contact
me 24 hours in advance. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
A pet sitter, whom I trained, will be available
to care for your pet. |
|
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
During our application process, you will
give me a list of your emergency contact information (i.e.
cell phone). You will also supply me with your pet's veterinary
information, however, in case of immediate emergency, I
have a list of all vets & their addresses in Staten
Island.
In case of fire, carbon monoxide, flood, or any other household
emergency, all the necessary steps will be taken. If emergency
such as these happen to occur, your pet will remain at my
home until you arrive back home. I am available 24/7 by
phone. |

You will supply me with your all your vet’s
information. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |

No. |

| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
|
Yes. I will gladly provide household services
such as watering your plants, taking in mail, bringing out
garbage and cleaning any pet-related messes. |

Overnight 10-12 hours: $70 (Includes am walk, pm walk, 2 feedings,

| *Day/Evening "Live-in" Care- $80 |
| Includes 3-5 daily walks, feedings, & overnight care for
your pet & home. I am also happy to water your plants, take
out your garbage, & retrieve your mail. |
