Dog walks are 30 to 40 minutes, pet visits include free house
plant watering, garbage disposal, walk, feed, water and lots
of love. We also offer doggie-day care, cagefree boarding, overnight

| What is your application process? |

Pet Sitter will contact client
directly to set up a free consultation to discuss needs/reservations
with client. |

| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |
|
All sitters/walkers will meet clients and
their pets before any job begins. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
Each client is given one-on-one priority.
The pet sitter only sits/walks for one client at a time
to ensure the best care possible. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
Dog walks are generally 30-40 minutes long
(longer walks can be done by request). Pet sitting is generally
30-40 minutes long each visit depending on assignment (meds.,
etc.).

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |

Requests are gladly accepted providing sitter
is informed ahead of time (barring emergencies). We do not
charge an additional fee for off-hour walks. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
We understand that sometimes things come
up. If it is an emergency situation and advance notice could
not be given, client will not be charged. If there is not
an emergency, we require 3 days notice or we will charge
the client 1 day fee of specified price. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
Fur-Ever Friends employs sitters to cover
different areas. If for some reason your sitter cannot make
your assignment, another sitter for that area will be sent
to take over until your regular sitter is back. Client will
be notified of the change in sitters beforehand (if possible). |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
Fur-Ever Friends has a vet on call. We will
attempt to bring your pet to your local vet first, if we
cannot we will use our on call vet and notify you as soon
as the emergency occurs. |

clients, such as property damage? |

Yes, included with all overnight stays and

$15 for 1 dog or 1 cat |

The fees are also determined by location and range from above
rates to $25 per visit based on number of animals, location, and
what is involved with the assignment. So basically we charge anywhere
from $15 to $25 per visit for pet sitting. Dog walks are typically
$15 to $18 per walk. |
