We offer an initial consultation
at no charge to client, discuss the services desired and
pet(s) habits and routines and review basic paperwork. This
is a valuable process so we can best fill your and your
pet's needs. |

| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |

I am the owner and sole operator of Animal
Instinct - your pet will always know and be familiar with
his/her caregiver. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
Only dogs from same household are cared for
at a time. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
The average dog walk or pet sits are 30 minute
visits - but we can extend that time if desired. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

Yes, I offer extended sit and walk times
as well as puppy or new pet socialization visits. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |

Yes! We will always try to accommodate your
needs. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
24 hours notice for dog walking visits and
one week's notice for vacation visits (pet sits). |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |

I will always provide a trusted backup sitter
if necessary. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
We will notify you of any emergency and contact
your vet immediately. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |
