| We provide professional personalized care
for your precious pets. Services include: pet sitting (dogs,
cats, and small animals), dog walking, emergency visits, transportation
to and from the vet or groomer, food and medication delivery,
house sitting, dog massage, and overnights.

| What is your application process? |
|
We provide a free consultation
(meet and greet) at your home to answer any questions you
may have and get to know you and your pets. The paperwork
is completed (contract and veterinary release form) and
a reservation is made. |

| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |
|
Yes. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
Only your pets. |
|
| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
30 minutes per visit. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

Yes. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |

Yes. There is an additional $5.00 charge
per visit for weekends and holidays. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
We require 24 hours notice for dog walking
visits and a week's notice for pet sitting visits. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
A backup sitter will always be available.
In the case of extreme weather conditions, the sitter will
get to the home as soon as roads become passable. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
We will call you and your pet will be taken
to the veterinarian. This is the purpose of filling out
a veterinarian release form. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |

clients, such as property damage? |
