| What is your application process? |

We start with a brief phone consultation
to see what is the best for your furry companion. Then we
will have one of our staff members meet with you in your
home. We then arrange dates and times and the rest is history. |

| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |
|
Claws N Paws will come to your home before
any service happens. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
One to three. If your dog is a loner, we
will not force him/her to walk with other dogs. On the other
hand, if they like the company we will work more dogs into
their walk schedule. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
It's a 45-minute walk; we also have 1-hour
walks and an hour and a half walks available. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

Yes. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |
|
We understand that no one has a set schedule
so we offer our service 24 hours a day. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
We ask ast least a day before walking visits.
For pet sitting we ask at least a week. Anything later will
be charged $10. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
We have 3 sitters and 3 walkers. All of which
operate on a different time schedule so all needs are met. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
First notify the vet, then the owner. We
are all trained in first aid and CPR. We assess the situation
and we have the the animal ready for transport to your local
vet. We will have you on the phone at all times. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
No not on staff, but we do have several vets
that we use in case of emergency that will offer to come
to your home if the situation is STAT. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |
|
Never. |

| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
|
Yes, we will water the plants, bring in your
mail adjust temperature, bring trash out, wait for deliveries.
etc. |
