| What is your application process? |

Call and we can talk about the
services needed and discuss whether I have the sitter for
you. |

| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |
|
You always meet the sitter and I before the
assignment so that you can judge for yourself and have your
pets decide that we are the best for your needs! |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
I only sit/walk your pets in your homes,
no outside pets involved of course. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
One visit for 1-2 pets usually entails 30
minutes, but could be longer for special needs. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

Of course. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |
|
The only off-hours are holidays and they
are a possibility for an additional fee. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
Please cancel within 48 hours of the start
of the assignment; otherwise there is a no refund policy
once payment has been received. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
I am the back-up plan, otherwise the pet
sitter has a back-up plan that I am well aware of. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
I get emergency information on each pet,
info on the closet animal hospital as well as closest "in
case of emergency" neighbor or friend to help. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
I have the numbers of the local vets with
on call numbers for each area I sit in. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |
|
No, I have not but in case of accidents,
I am fully insured and bonded. |

| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
|
Yes, I provide house sitting services which
include watering plants, taking in the mail and garbage,
possible house cleaning services and even errand services. |

1 - 2 dogs: $15 per visit |
|
3 - 4 dogs: $20 per visit |

Each visit entails a 30-45 minute visit. Extended rates apply
for longer stay |

Overnights stays range from $50 - $65 per night |
|
House sitting rates range from $65 and up depending on how many
daytime visits are necessary in addition to the overnight stay |
