Overview |
At Must Luv Dogs, we strive to create the
same home environment that your pooch has grown accustomed to!
When your pup comes to stay with us, whether it's just for the
day or for two weeks, she will get playtime with dogs her own
size and temperament, in one of our three indoor play areas,
fully equipped with filtered water, plenty of toys, and big
comfy beds. She will be walked several times a day, and also
receive playtime on our outdoor patio. Our facility is climate
controlled and staff-supervised 24 hours a day. If you want
to call us to check in, or sneak a peek at pup on our webcams,

very friendly. They are also professional, answering and addressing
any questions or concerns I ever have. They're also very patient.
I let them know that my dog may cry when I leave him for the
day, he has separation anxiety. I was afraid that this might
annoy them, but they didn't seem to mind. Later when I went
to pick him up, he was too busy running around to even notice
I had come back! [I recommend Must Luv Dogs] because the daycare
itself is huge and has plenty of space for playing, the dogs
are always, ALWAYS supervised, they get walked 3 times a day
so they don't have to go inside the play areas, it's very clean,
and the staff knows how to treat the dogs and their owners very

Dog Daycare/Boarding Information |
|
| What is your application process? |
|
First, parents must fill out
standard paperwork and release forms for pup. Then pup must
be prescreened by having a half day to make sure she's ok
with the other dogs. |
|
| What are your vaccination requirements? |
|
All pups must be vaccinated against Rabies,
DHPP, and Bordetella. You must bring in a copy of the vaccination
record before your pup is screened. |

| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?
If so, for what reasons? |
|
All dogs over 6 months must be spayed/neutered.
No aggressive or toy possessive dogs are allowed. |

| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |
|
Yes. All dogs are seperated in our three
large playpens by size and temperament. |
|
| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
|
Your pup will be indoors, but will have many
walks throughout the day and playtime on our outdoor patio! |
|
| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
|
3 times a day for daycare, and additional
walks are provided for slumber parties. If you would like
to leave your pooch for a few more hours, you can purchase
a half or full day of daycare. We do not charge for extra
walks. |

| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |
|
YES! We provide lots of treats for our pups,
and if they have any allergies we ask that the parents bring
in treats that pooch can have, so they don't feel left out.
Dogs are fed 2x/day when boarding, and puppies 3x/day. We
can provide lunch for daycare dogs if requested |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
Water is available 24 hours/day. We only
give our pups filtered water, and we always make sure everyone
is well hydrated! |

| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |
|
Yes, we provide lots of toys for everyone
to play with. You can bring your own toys, but we cannot
be held responsible if they are damaged, since your pup
will be with other pups. |
|
| Do you have a nap time for the dogs? |
|
We do not require nap time. If a pup looks
a little tired, we will give them a nap. We always give
any puppies naps, since they need additional rest. If a
nap is requested, we can certainly give them one |
|
| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
We request that parents call us 24 hours
in advance to cancel daycare/boarding. If it is a holiday,
we need to know as soon as possible, or you may lose your
deposit. |
|
| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
Our nearest vet is only a few short blocks
away, and we have great relationships with all the local
vets. We do have an on-call vet. |
|
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
We bring the dog to the vet in any emergency.
If the dog must get to the vet immediately, we will take
the pup to our vet. If it is minor, we will take the pup
to their usual vet. We have all the information collected
in the paperwork on file, and the parent will be notified
immediately of the situation. |
