| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
As many as you have for sitting, it's a flat
fee, with no per-dog sitting fees. We do ask that you allow
us ample time to give your pets the attention they need.
One or 2 dogs are fine for 1/2 hour. Three or more need
more time, but that's the parents decision. Walking - 3
small or 2 large. Off-leash pet park - 3 dogs. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |

Basic visit is 30 minutes. You can add time
in 15-minute increments and with multiple pets we encourage
you to do so. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |
|
Yes, in 15-minute increments and with multiple
pets we sincerely hope you will do so as we want to give
your pets the time we'd want for ours. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |

Yes and yes. Surcharge applies for early
visit (5 am to 7 am) and late visit (9 pm to 11 pm). Contact

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
We hope our client's parents respect us with
regards to cancellations. We reserve the right to charge
at least 1 visit for last minute cancellations. Contact
us for more information. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
We have a network of small, but highly reliable,
sitters who back one another up. Our commitment is to your
pet - period. They are dependent upon us and we'd no more
let them down, then we'd let our own pets down. We'll be
there! |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
Emergency plans are worked out during the
initial interview. We have all your contact information,
vet information, and if needed, a release to have your pet
treated by your vet. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
We use your vet, with your permission and
release. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |
|
No, and while we don't intend to, we carry
insurance to cover this. |
 |
| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
|
Yes - for daily visits we'll bring in mail
and pull trash cans up from the street. If you are out of
town for some time, we'll water plants and provide other
services such as light rotation for that "at home"
look. We'll even bring in a cleaning service we use ourselves
to give your home a once over just before you get back.
However, please allow us the amount of time we need to care
for your pets as that's why we are in this business. |
