| What is your application process? |

We offer a free in-home consultation
where you and your pets can meet your sitter and where we
can gather the information required to properly care for
your pets. |

| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |

Yes. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
One on one for private walks, a compatible
group of up to 3 for group play. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
30 minutes with option for more exercise
time. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

Yes, our "Go Fetch! Four Legged Fitness
Service" option provides extra exercise and play time
in 15 minute increments. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |

Yes, we can provide off-hours services, there
is a small additional fee for before 7 am and after 9 pm. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
48 hours, but we will work with you. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |

We have a large staff of sitters so that
there is always someone available. You will know when anyone
but your regular sitter does your service. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
We contact you and we will take your pet
to their designated veterinarian. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
No, we work with your pet's regular vet. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |

plants and bringing in mail? |
