Overview |
| All Good Dogs Daycare strives to give
your best friend an escape from the day-to-day boredom he or
she is accustomed to while you are at work. We provide each
of our dogs with a fun-filled day of activities, exercise and
socialization. Upon acceptance to our program, your pet can
expect a day filled with social contact with other dogs, while
being supervised by our trained counselors. Dogs are placed
in playgroups based on their temperament, energy level, and
size. All of our dogs are well occupied throughout the day with
stimulating game-play and exercise tailored to their particular
interests and unique needs. By day’s end, your dog is
ready to cuddle up next to you, having enjoyed a day jam-packed
with stimulation as well as leisure. |

What All Good Dogs Daycare Customers Are Saying |
| "All Good Dogs is staffed with employees who understand
dogs physical and mental needs and can relate to dogs as far as
positive reinforcement, body language etc. The accommodations
are outstanding. They have two very large yards (one for small
dogs one for large dogs) and large indoor space as well. The set
up for the night time is perfect the dogs are in bedrooms with
other dogs and if needed there are crates. The daycare never feels
cluttered or over crowded. The staff can read dogs so well that
they know when time out or separation is necessary, therefore
there are minimal problems." |

Dog Daycare/Boarding Information |
 |
| What is your application process? |
|
We have an Internet enrollment
program and an evaluation process. After filling out an
online enrollment form, owners are contacted to schedule
a free 4-hour evaluation (or a $25 full-day evaluation).
At the time of the evaluation, owners are required to complete
a behavior questionnaire and to show proof of vaccination.
|
 |
| What are your vaccination requirements? |
|
Bordetella (Kennel Cough), Rabies, Distemper/Parvo,
Corona |
 |
| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?
If so, for what reasons? |
|
Yes, but not frequently. Dogs are not accepted
if they show any signs of aggressive behavior. Also, dogs
over six months of age must be spayed or neutered. Additionally,
we will not accept dogs who bark or mount excessively. |
 |
| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |
|
Yes. Dogs are separated by temperament, energy
level, and size. |
 |
| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
|
In our facility, the dogs have access to
both indoor and outdoor play areas. |
 |
| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
|
We do not walk the dogs. Instead, they have
access to our fenced-in outdoor play areas throughout the
day. On good weather days, the doors are left open, and
they can go in and out as they please. In cold or wet weather,
we let them out every 30-45 minutes. |
 |
| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |
|
We give treats periodically throughout the
day. Daycare dogs and boarding dogs will be fed as per owners’
requests. Dogs are placed in a separate room during feeding
time to allow them to eat without interruption. Once they
finish their meal, they go back to their groups. |
 |
| How often do you provide water? |
|
Fresh water is provided all day for the dogs.
|
 |
| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |
|
During the day, dogs play with community
toys that we provide. Boarders, however, may bring personal
non-valuable belongings for nighttime. |
 |
| Do you have a nap time for the dogs? |
|
There is no requirement for naptime; the
dogs settle down and nap as they wish. |
 |
| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
As of right now, we do not have a cancellation
policy. There is no penalty for canceling either a daycare
or boarding reservation. |
 |
| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
The nearest vet is approximately 10 minutes
from our facility. Harlingen Vet Clinic is our on call veterinarian.
|
 |
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
Owners are contacted immediately. We either
provide vet service with our on call vet or we transport
the dog to their personal vet. |
