Application in a PDF format available
for download from our website or pick one up at our location.
Completed applications can be faxed back or dropped off
at our location. We require a “Meet & Greet”
interview with both owner and dog prior to boarding and/or
daycare. |

| What are your vaccination requirements? |
|
DHLPP, Rabies, Distemper & Bordetella.
Bordetella must be given within 6 months. All vaccinations
must be given up to 10 days prior to coming. |

| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?
If so, for what reasons? |
|
Yes. Dogs that show any aggression towards
people. Dogs that are aggressive towards other dogs can
be boarded separately from others and given private daycare
at an additional charge. |

| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |
|
Yes. All dogs are divided by temperament
and size. |

| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
|
All dogs are boarded indoors in our climate
controlled facility. |

| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
|
We walk the dogs approximately 5 times a
day. Yes, additional walks can be purchased. |

| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |
|
Treats are given, unless requested otherwise
by the owner. We feed 2 times a day, additional feedings
are available. |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
Water is checked and given 24/7. Water bowls
are changed twice daily. |

| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |

We offer Kongs and tennis balls for playgroups.
Some toys and belongings are permitted. Call or see website
for details. |

| Do you have a nap time for the dogs? |
|
Yes, between the hours of 12 pm - 2 pm. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
Varies by time of year. |
 |
| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
The nearest vet is 2 miles away. We do have
a vet on call until 10pm. After that time, dogs are taken
to Animal Medical Center in NYC. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
Stabilize the dog, contact owner on way to
Vet. |
