We offer a free in-home consultation to meet you and your pets.
Will I meet the sitter/walker?   Yes.
How many dogs do you sit/walk per session?   Varies.
How long will you sit/walk my dog?   Depends on your request and your pet’s needs.
Do you offer upgrade options to extend the walk/sit time?   Yes.
Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session? Is there an additional fee for this?   Yes. Yes.
What is your cancellation policy?   48 hours.
What do you do when my sitter/walker is not available to walk my dog?   We have back-up pet sitters.
What do you do in case of emergency?   We will create an emergency plan with each client based on their needs/requirements.
Do you have a vet on call?   Depends on location.
Have you ever had any incidents with your clients, such as property damage?   No. We are fully insured & bonded.
