to take care of pets and the owners who love them. We offer
a full array of pet sitting, dog walking, private boarding,
transportation and errand services. We are insured and bonded,
and all sitters are CPR and first aid trained. We offer excellent

| What is your application process? |

Owner of Animal Lovers Pet Sitting
meets personally with potential clients and their pets in
their home. |
|
| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |
|
If the owner is your sitter, you meet her
at the consult. The owner personally orients all sitters
to the care of each animal in your home. If you want to
meet the sitter(s), you are more than welcome to. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
It is individualized to each client. Usually
it is the sole client unless the client wishes for group
sits/walks/play groups. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
That is up to you and your preferences. A
standard walk/sit is 20 - 30 minutes. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

Yes. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |
|
Yes. Normal hours are 7 am to 8 pm. Should
you want hours beyond these time frames, we charge an additional
$10 per hour fee. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
We ask for 24 hour cancellation notice. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |

We assign another sitter and/or the owner. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
We make all attempts to reach our animals
in severe weather. We ask owners to assign a neighbor a
key for vacation emergency coverage. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
No, however we have your vet information
on hand and have access to area emergency vets. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |

No. |

| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |

Yes, we provide a full array of concierge
and errand services. Mail, newspaper, water plants, gardens,
errand services, transportation services and notary. |
