| What are your vaccination requirements? |
|
Rabies, DHLPP and Bordatella.
Dogs must be 4 months old and be neutered by 7 months. |
 |
| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?
If so, for what reasons? |
|
Yes. Dog to dog aggression, aggressive toy
or food protection. Playing too hard. |
 |
| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |
|
We have 4 playrooms and can separate as needed.
We separate on a combination of size, age, and temperament.
(ie: some small dogs prefer playing with larger dogs, some
older dogs prefer the quieter room with smaller dogs. |
 |
| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
|
Facility is climate controlled indoors where
the dogs are. However, there is a dog-door and they can
go outside at will if they desire. |
 |
| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
|
We do not walk the dogs. The dogs are in
constant motion playing mostly with each other in our cage-free
facility. The staff also plays ball, there are Little-Tykes
play sets, and Pooch Pools in the summer.
One daily rate includes all activities. Rates are the same
for any size dog. |

Yes, only the small size Milk-Bone variety.

Food iss provided by the parent. |
 |
| How often do you provide water? |
|
Fresh water is available all day long. |
 |
| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |
|
Yes – We provide only Kong toys and
various tug toys. We do not recommend bringing their own
toys as they most probably will be destroyed by the big
dogs. Also, we don’t want to encourage toy possessiveness. |
 |
| Do you have a nap time? |
|
Most dogs will nap on their own at some point
during the day. We do not have an "official" nap
time. Puppies are monitored so they don’t get too
overexerted and may be taken to a quiet room to nap. |

|
Yes we have a vet on call and their office
is just 2 doors down the street. |
 |
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
For injuries the dog is segregated and the
owner is called with the details. Wounds are cleaned and
treated and if necessary the dog is taken to the vet; either
