Our typical service hours are 8:00 am to
9:00 pm. There is an additional charge if you need us to
be there at a certain time each session for example to give
medication. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
Cancellations with 72 hours notice incurs
no fee. Less than 72 hours notice is charged at full fee. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
There are two of us in the company so one
of us is always available as a backup, but we are not so
big that you do not know who is coming to visit your dog. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
I have emergency medical records on file
that gives me permission to take a sick or injured dog to
the vet. I am a pet first aid instructor, so I know what
to do in case of emergency until we can get the necessary
medical attention. We have your regular vet and an emergency
vet on file. We will make every attempt to notify you immediately
of the situation. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |

We typically recommend Oakland Veterinary
Referral Services for emergency situations. I used to work
there and know the staff. I use your vet hospital for routine
problems or questions. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |

| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
|
We make your home look lived in while you
are away by adjusting lights and blinds and bringing in
mail and newspapers. |
