| What is your application process? |
|
Initially, an individual
is contacted by email and phone. Then, a time is agreed
upon to meet their animals and take a tour of home and
pet's routine. Paperwork is gone over and if all goes
well, paperwork is signed and a service request is agreed
upon between the pet sitter and the client. |

| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |
|
There is only me and my boyfriend who are
pet sitters, and you will most definitely meet me. I will
always be involved with the sitting. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
This depends on the household. But I only
walk one household at a time. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
This is up to you. I can sit your dogs for
ten minutes at a time or an hour or more per visit. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

Yes, but this of course requires a higher
rate for service. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |

Yes, but an additional fee would be charged. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
I have a loose cancellation policy. If it
is less than twenty four hours, there will a cancellation
charge. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
We make alternate arrangements or I refer
you to someone that would be able to help you out. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
Contact any emergency phone numbers, contact
your veterinarian, get in touch with relevant medical officials.
This really depends on the situation. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
With every client, I have them sign a vet
release to allow me to bring their pet there if need be.
I think it makes sense to bring your pet to the medical
official that knows them best and knows how to care for
them. |

clients, such as property damage? |
|
No, nothing like this has ever happened. |

| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
