All dogs must be temperament
tested and owners must fill out application, medical forms
and provide proof of current vaccinations. |

DHLPP, Bordetella, Rabies. |

| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?
If so, for what reasons? |

Dogs may be refused at the discretion of
the owner and president, Karen Price. |

| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |

Dogs will be seperated based on a combination
of size, age and temperament. |

| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
|
This is a primarily indoor facility. There
is an outdoor exercise area for recess and bathroom breaks.
Our intention is to keep your house pet in a safe, healthy,
climate controlled environment in which we provide lots
of love an individual attention to each and every dog. |

| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |

No leash walking. Dogs are free to play,
indoors and out, off leash. |

| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |
|
We limit treats. Special feeding schedules
can be accomodated. Dogs should be fed and relieve themselves
at home in the morning before arriving to daycare. |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
Water is alway available. |

| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |
|
We provide plenty of toys. We reccomend
that you leave personal items at home so that they are not
chewed up by other dogs. |

| Do you have a nap time for the dogs? |
|
Dogs wil nap midday. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
Case by case. |

| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
Nearest vet is Roberts Animal Hospital. They
are a 24 hour emergency facility. |
 |
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
Contact owner and transport to Vet. All owners
must sign a contract detailing our proceedures. |
