The woman was very personable, warm and very reassuring and she seemed to really like my little guy who seemed totally at home in her home pretty much right away. When I got him back, he was very upbeat, extra playful, and seemed to have had a great time. I have since not hesitated to leave him with her and he does great. My other dog goes out on hikes; he gets picked up every day, same time, and dropped off pretty much the same time every day, he loves the guy that takes him out, and of course sleeps like a log at the end of the day! Dog Sitting Information
What is your application process?  

We set up an interview to go to the new client's home and meet with them and their dog, fill out paperwork and get keys.
Will I meet the sitter/walker?   It is not standard practice but when requested it can be arranged.
How many dogs do you sit/walk per session?   We our a dog hiking service with 6 -8 dogs in each hiking group. On leash walks in the city will be no more than 3 dogs at a time.
How long will you sit/walk my dog?   However long you need.
Do you offer upgrade options to extend the walk/sit time?   Yes.
Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session? Is there an additional fee for this?   Yes. We will always do our best to accommodate you. No, there is not an additional fee.
What is your cancellation policy?   24 hour notice. Emergency and sick dogs are waived.
What do you do when my sitter/walker is not available to walk my dog?   You are assigned two walkers. You will never not have service because your main walker/sitter becomes unavailable.
What do you do in case of emergency?   Call the owner immediately. We also have you sign a vet release so if we can't in touch with owner we can have the dog treated.
Do you have a vet on call?   We use Angel Memorial for all emergencies.
Have you ever had any incidents with your clients, such as property damage?   No.
Do you provide other services, such as watering plants and bringing in mail?   Yes.

Full care service:
Daycare: $35 per day
Fieldtrip: $20 per day
NEW for 2007! City Hike: TBA
 
Dog walks:
Group (30 - 40 minutes): $15 per day
Solo (30 minutes): $20 per day
Pee-Pee (15 - 20 minutes): $12 per day
Puppy Program (>6 months): $25 per day
 
B&B&B/bed & breakfast & bone (24 hours): $55 per day
