Is there an additional fee for this? |

Yes. Visits are normally scheduled from 6
am to 9 pm, but you can request visits before 6 am and after
9 pm for a small additional fee per sit. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
One of the most flexible of all of the services
in the county. For a full refund, we require only 3 days
notice. We understand that life can be unpredictable and
you may not always be able to give us advance notice. If
plans are cancelled with less than 3 days notice, a fee
does apply. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
We are a husband and wife team, so your pets
are always cared for by the same people - the owners of
the company. We schedule our vacations in advance, and we
work with another local insured professional pet sitter
to cover for us during those times. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
We have an emergency plan in place that enlists
the help of another professional pet sitter. |
|
| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
If your vet of choice is not available to
see your pets, we will take your pets to the nearest vet
in the area. There are also 2 emergency vet clinics within
a 40 mile radius of our service area, and these medical
facilities can also be used if needed. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |
|
No, and we have completed over 15,000 pet
sits for residents of southern Calvert County! |
|
| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
|
Yes, we will bring in the mail, newspaper
and any packages, alternate lights, blinds and curtains,
water indoor and outdoor plants and any other tasks you
may wish. All this is done for no extra charge over the
base fee per sit. |
