| What is your application process? |

Call, email, or go to our website
for a basic quote. After getting in touch with us we'll
set up an appointment to meet your pet and discuss what
services you would like. |

| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |
|
Yes, before you agree to services we will
make an appointment to meet with you, and you can see how
the sitter handles and acts with yor pets. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
generally we don't walk your dog with others
in the neighborhood, if the oppurtunity would arise we\'d
ask for your permission first though, and if you have multiple
dogs to be walked you can stipulate which should be walked
together. We always comply with what the owner request. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
Our regular walks are 30 minutes for $7.50,
or included in the "While You Are Away" package.
Our home visits depending on how many animals you have to
be fed, walked, and given a little TLC, the basic visit
is about 45 - 60 minutes. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |
|
You can extend the 30 minute walk to an hour
for a flat rate of $10. The "While You Are Away"
package is $10 a day for one visit a day, $25 for three
visits a day. Extra visits can be added for $10 each. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |

We're available 7 days a week from 7 am to
9 pm, all of our prices cover visits or walks between these
times. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
We do have a contract that is signed for
the services that you choose, it can be canceled with 10
days notice. If you return early from vacation that does
not void the contract and services agreed to. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
In an emergency I'm hospitalized, and no
other sitter is available and no one else is listed in your
file for secondary care, we will bring your pets to your
local vet's kennel at no extra charge to you. We promise
your pets will always be cared for by professionally trained
people in animal care and emergencys, including within our
staff. |

| Who will have access to my residence (keys,
security code, etc.)? |
|
We will need these things while your away,
we do have liability insurance and are fully bonded. This
covers loss of key, pays to rekey your whole house, property
damage, ect. And we're fully bonded. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
In an emergency I'm hospitalized, and no
other sitter is available, and noone else is listed in your
file for secondary care we will bring your pets to your

your pets will always be cared for by professionally trained
people in animal care and emergencys, including within our
staff. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
We obtain your regular vets information and
this is kept on file for emergencies or if health care issues
arise. If no vet is specified, we would use "Kee's
Park Animal Clinic" in Pineville on Hwy 28 East. |

| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
The nearest vet is within 1 mile. We use
Dr. Werber and Century Vet. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |
|
No, never. We value our reputation for exceptioanl
service and standards, we don't just trust anyone with our
clients, their pets, or their homes. |

| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
|
Yes, we can do these things, pick up dry
cleaning, run errands, bring in UPS/FedEx packages, whatever
is needed. |
