All prospective clients must
have a free pre-sit interiew with me. |

| Will I meet the pet sitter/walker? |
|
This is a requirement prior to a sitting
appointment. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |
|
I will sit for any amount of dogs. If it's
for a kennel, I charge by the hour. Walking sessions are
in 20 minute intervals with a 2 pet maximum at a time. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
Sitting sessions are 1 hour long. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |
|
Yes, I will base this on a $15.00 per hour
rate. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |
|
Off hour services are available from 5 am
to 7 am and from 8 pm to 10 pm for an additional charge
of $7.00. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
4 day notice of cancellation prior to the
date of the first visit. Failure to provide notice in less
than three days will result in a $15.00 cancellation fee. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
All sitting and walkings are scheduled. If
an emergency arises, I will attempt to obtain a replacement
sitter for you through my networking group. I will give
a refund to clients who have pre-paid for services with
me. I am not obligated to find a sitter for you, but I will
do my best as a courtesy only. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
I require 2 contacts from the client to
inform someone in case of an emergency. I suggest you give
a trusted neighbor a key to the house in case roads become
impossible due to severe weather conditions. The client
will be notified immediately. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
I require all clients to provide me with
their vet and animal emergency hospital of their choice. |
 |
| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |

| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
