| What are your vaccination requirements? |
Must be current on Rabies, Distemper and
Bordetella vaccinations. |
| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?
If so, for what reasons? |
This does happen, but it’s not the
end of the world. We do what’s best for all our dogs.
If your dog fails the interview, it doesn’t mean we
don’t love your dog. This unique environment may just
be too overwhelming. Some dogs just need a little training
and socialization before coming to daycare, ask the trainer.
If you were looking for boarding, consider in-home pet sitting. |
| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |
Our campers are segregated according to size
and temperament in our six open play areas. |
| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
We have both indoor and outdoor play areas
complete with web cams so you can watch your pup at play.
Cabins for our overnight campers are indoor only. |
| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
Our day and overnight campers play all day. |
| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |
Overnight campers are fed in the morning
and again in the evening. You may bring your own food or
we will feed ours. If you wish your dog to receive lunch,
bring a container or baggie with your dog's name on it. |
| How often do you provide water? |
Water is available at all time in the play
areas and in the overnight campers' cabins. |
| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |
Do not bring toys or beds for day campers,
but for boarders you can bring anything you like to make
them feel more at home as those items stay in their individual
cabins. |
| Do you have a nap time for the dogs? |
Naps are available and often useful in redirecting
behavior. |
| What is your cancellation policy? |
We ask that you cancel 48 hours ahead of
time. Day campers are charged their normal rate for a no-show
and boarders are charged a one-night cancellation fee. |
| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
The nearest vet hospital is just over 2 miles
away. We maintain relationships with a number of vets. |

Aid. |
