| What is your application process? |

All dogs are evaluated on their
first day of daycare. If they are not able to handle an
open daycare environment, they will spend the rest of their
day in one of our private boarding suites. |

| What are your vaccination requirements? |
|
All dogs must be current on rabies, DHLPP,
and bordetella. Dogs participating in daycare must also
be on flea, tick, and heartworm medication. All dogs participating
in daycare must be spayed or neutered in they are over one
year old unless the owner states otherwise. Medical reasons
or breeder contracts are a few reasons that a dog would
not need to be spayed or neutered. |

| Have you ever turned down any dogs before?
If so, for what reasons? |

No, we have not. Reasons a dog could be turned
down include an inability to interact in an open daycare
environment. |

| Do you have separate areas for large dogs
and small dogs? |

Yes. |

| Is your facility indoor or outdoor? |
|
Our facility is an indoor facility. We do
have an outdoor fenced area where dogs can eliminate and
play in nice weather. |

| How many times per day do you walk the dogs?
Can we purchase additional walks or play time? |
|
All dogs are walked at least four times per
day. |

| Do you provide dog treats? How many
times do you feed the dogs? |
|
We do feed human grade treats throughout
the day. We feed Canidae or the dog's food from home depending
on owner instruction. |

| How often do you provide water? |
|
Water is available all day. |
|
| Do you provide dog toys? Can we bring our
own toys and other personal belonging? |
|
We have treats and beds here. Anyone who
comes to board with us can bring any personal items that
will make them more comfortable. Dogs that join us for daycare
should not bring personal items from home. Dogs often become
possessive over personal items that are brought from home. |

| Do you require a nap time for the dogs? |
|
We have treats and beds here. Anyone who
comes to board with us can bring any personal items that

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
Cancellations need to be 24 hours in advance
to receive a full refund. |

| Where is the nearest vet? Do you have a vet
on call? |
|
The nearest veterinary office is less than
one mile from our facility. |
|
| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
We always try to contact the owner or follow
owner specifications provided on the contact from when possible.
We are certified in pet first aid and our vet is less than
one mile from our location. There is also a 24 hour emergency
vet within ten miles from our building. |
