Clients can call, e-mail or phone
in reservations for pet sitting & dog walking. |

| Will I meet the sitter/walker? |
|
We set up an initial interview with the client
before the leave with the pet sitter that will be taking
care of their pet(s). This gives the sitter a chance to
meet the animals, go through the daily routine, get information
regarding care, feeding, medications, emergency contact
numbers & more. This is usually done 1-2 weeks before
the client leaves. |

| How many dogs do you sit/walk per session? |

This varies based on each day for pet sitting.
Dog walks are done mid-day privately for each client. |

| How long will you sit/walk my dog? |
|
Pet sitting visits last 20 - 30 minutes for
dogs and 15 - 30 minutes for cats. Dog walking lasts 15
- 20 minutes. |

| Do you offer upgrade options to extend the
walk/sit time? |

Yes, we offer extended playtime hours that
can be split up during the day. |

| Can I request off-hours sitting/walking session?
Is there an additional fee for this? |
|
We offer pet sitting from 7 am to 10 pm.
We offer daily dog walking from 10:30am - 3:00pm. |

| What is your cancellation policy? |
|
There is a $25 fee for cancellations made
within 48 hours of service. No refunds for cancellations
made during service. |

| What do you do when my sitter/walker is not
available to walk my dog? |
|
We cross train our pet sitters & dog
walkers to try to cover all emergencies. |

| Who will have access to my residence (keys,
security code, etc.)? |
|
Keys are kept in lock boxes when not in use.
All keys are coded with the pet(s) names to ensure security. |

| What do you do in case of emergency? |
|
We have an emergency pager that is on 24
hours a day. It is numeric or voice message capable. |

| Do you have a vet on call? |
|
There is an afterhours emergency vet clinic
open in Springfield. |

| Have you ever had any incidents with your
clients, such as property damage? |

| Do you provide other services, such as watering
plants and bringing in mail? |
|
Yes, watering plants, bringing in mail &
newspapers, taking out/in garbage cans, rotating lights,
open/close blinds, TV/radio on/off. |
